Project Summary
The Unseen team built the digital assessment platform underpinning the St. James’s Place (SJP) Leadership Blueprint self-assessment.
This transformed SJP’s previously facilitator-led, resource-intensive leadership sessions into a scalable, online tool accessible across the entire FTSE 100 organisation.
Unseen also developed the Team Climate assessment, collaborating closely with the SJP team to refine ideas, challenge assumptions, propose innovations, and enabling any team to measure unity, rhythm, and spirit without requiring a facilitator. Unseen ensured the tool was inclusive and relevant to all roles and levels, not limited to senior leadership.

Successful launch of the St. James’s Place Leadership Blueprint across the business provided employees with clear insight into their current leadership behaviour and areas for stretch or development, with rapid adoption across the whole breadth and depth of the organisation, including very senior leaders.
This resulted in a markedly improved employee experience: visually polished, intuitive, engaging, and reflective of SJP’s modern learning strategy.
